In 2009, using the equity that had been built up in the Property business, Clockwork Group entered the insurance underwriting business by setting up a corporate vehicle, Clockwork Underwriting LLP (England and Wales Registered Company No. OC347006), to provide capital at the insurance market Lloyd's of London. The Managing Partner of the business is Dhruv Patel.

Clockwork Group also operates a pension scheme which is registered at HM Revenue & Customs under Pension Scheme Tax Reference 00727235RZ. The Chairman of the Trustees is Dhruv Patel.
